ABOUT US

YWAM Noépé

YWAM Noépé Togo is a great place to come and devote your time to God. Our aim is to help you grow spiritually and give more tools to help enhance the gifts God has entrusted to those who are ready to serve and love Jesus with all their heart.

Our biggest desire as a base is to bring hope, restoration and life to those we meet. As we look back and see where we once were as a campus community, we realize how God has done these three things with us already as a whole. As a form of thankfulness and obedience we aspire to do the same through the Holy Spirit and His future for us as we work within different communities as well as our own.

Our campus operates as a University Of the Nations location which allows us to offer many different training courses to help enrich your knowledge of God’s perspective and heart for the different spheres of society. These schools exist to help motivate you to love like Jesus, to expand your worldview, to better understand God’s calling for your life and to help challenge you to grow into a deeper relationship with Him. Our goal is for our students to have the necessary tools to apply biblical truth in practical ways to be able to fulfil the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-20).

Not only do we believe in informing ourselves holistically towards God’s plans for today and tomorrow but we also believe in turning that education into a form of action as well. Some of the practical ways we join together in the mission are through our ministries. We currently have a great variety of ministries that follow under these categories : education, healthcare, counselling, sports, family, evangelism, agriculture and community development.

Whether it be through the different training courses we offer or through various ways to join in serving with our community, it’s a place you can come to learn, grow, rest and seek the Lord whether it be for a short duration or a long one.

Youth With A Mission / YWAM

Youth With A Mission / YWAM Youth With A Mission is an international volunteer movement of Christians from many backgrounds, cultures and Christian traditions, dedicated to serving Jesus throughout the world. Also known as YWAM (pronounced "WHY-wham"), our purpose is simply to know God and to make Him known. Back when we began in 1960, our main focus was to get youth involved in missions. Today, we still focus on youth, and we also involve people aged 9 to 90. We currently work in more than 1,100 locations in over 180 countries, with a staff of over 18,000 from all over the world.

Evangelism

Christ’s love inspires us to use many creative means to make His gospel understood to any audience. We use tools such as music, performing arts and sports to connect with people of all ages and develop friendships which can lead to conversations of eternal value. YWAM also starts churches in places where there may be no church at all. We believe everyone has the right to hear the good news about Jesus and our hope is to see fellowships of believers worshipping and following Jesus in every nation, tribe and tongue.

Training

Through our training programs we aim to better equip Christians to grow in their relationship with God and to serve others in everything from agriculture and healthcare, to business development and biblical counseling. Our introductory course, the DTS (Discipleship Training School), is offered in many nations and languages. It’s an intensive five months of growing more like Jesus and serving Him in the world. YWAM’s University of the Nations (U of N) offers specialized study in areas such as science and technology, linguistics, the humanities, and Christian ministry.

Mercy

If you believe it, you have to live it. YWAM’s mercy ministry teams follow Jesus’ example of compassion to those in need. We operate relief and development programs in over 100 countries, working among people living in desperate circumstances. Our volunteers serve in areas such as agricultural assistance, the prevention of human trafficking, health care, and micro-enterprise development. Their goal is to ease suffering and provide hope for those affected by poverty, disease or injustice.
